At Biches & Bûches, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of our wool and knitwear designs. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return your items in their original condition within 14 days of receipt.

Return Process

  Send an email to our customer service team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a return authorization.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items safely in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products remain in unused, resalable condition.

  Ship the Items

  Send your package to our warehouse using a tracked shipping service; please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once your return is inspected and approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
